Structural risks

Chain and sequencer
Robinhood Chain is a young L2 and its sequencer is centralized. If the sequencer halts, trading and NAV updates pause until it recovers.
Oracle
Stock Token price feeds update 24/5. When a feed goes stale or pauses, trading in the affected assets halts and NAV is marked stale.
Liquidity
Thin order books reduce what a position is really worth on exit. Liquid NAV applies a depth-aware haircut to reported value.
Manager
Policy limits constrain what the manager can do, but they do not remove judgment risk. A manager can stay inside every limit and still lose money.
Legal
This is the paper season and no user funds are accepted. Real capital requires legal review before anything goes live.
