Draft, prepared for counsel review

This text was written by the people who built the product, not by a lawyer. It has not been reviewed or approved by counsel, and it may be wrong or incomplete. It is published in draft because saying nothing at all while a live product takes real money would be worse.

Plain language on purpose. If a sentence here is ambiguous, read it the way that gives you the most caution, and ask before you spend anything: @robindaosfun on X.

1. Who you are dealing with

robindaos.fun is an independent project built by a pseudonymous team on Robinhood Chain.

Built independently on Robinhood Chain. robindaos.fun is not affiliated with or endorsed by Robinhood Markets, Inc. or its affiliates.

Nothing on this site is issued, reviewed, endorsed or backed by Robinhood Markets, Inc., by any exchange, or by any regulator. Using the site does not create an account with anyone but yourself and your own wallet.

2. What the site does

The site is an interface. It shows you data read from Robinhood Chain, and it helps you prepare transactions that your own wallet signs and the chain executes.

The meme launchpad is permissionless: anyone can launch a token, and nobody reviews, approves, curates or vets a token before it appears. A token appearing here is not a recommendation, a verification, or a statement that its creator is honest.

The strategy product is in its paper season. It accepts no user funds, and every value on a strategy surface carries an environment badge saying where it came from.

3. We never hold your money

The site takes no custody of anything. It never holds your funds, your tokens or your keys, and there is no account balance with us to withdraw.

Transactions settle on Robinhood Chain. Once a transaction is confirmed, we cannot reverse it, refund it, freeze it, cancel it or move it, and no support request can change that. This is true whether the transaction went the way you wanted or not.

4. No advice

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

Numbers, charts and labels are information, not a promise about the future. Past behaviour of a token, a curve or a strategy tells you nothing about what happens next.

5. Your wallet, your keys, your decisions

You are responsible for your wallet and your keys. If you lose your keys, share your seed phrase, sign a message you did not read, or approve a transaction you did not understand, we cannot undo it.

We will never ask you for a seed phrase, a private key or a wallet export file, in any channel, for any reason. Treat anyone who does as an attacker.

You are responsible for checking that the address you are trading is the token you think it is. Names and images on a permissionless launchpad can be copied by anyone.

6. Where you are, and what applies to you

You are responsible for the laws that apply to you: whether you may use a permissionless launchpad at all, whether you may trade what you are trading, and what you owe in tax on it.

The site does not give legal advice about your jurisdiction and does not screen who you are. If using this site is not allowed where you live, do not use it.

This site is not aimed at children, and it is not built for anyone below the age at which they can enter a binding agreement where they live.

7. The software is unaudited

The contracts behind the launchpad have not had an independent external audit. That decision is recorded in the project's decision log, and it is stated here rather than hidden.

The site, the contracts and the chain can fail, stall or behave in ways nobody intended. The risk page describes those failures in more detail; read it before you spend anything.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to impersonate a person, a company or a brand, to launch a token designed to be mistaken for something else, to break a law that applies to you, or to attack the site or its users.

We can stop showing a listing on this site. We cannot remove it from the chain, and we never claim otherwise.

9. Changes

These terms will change, starting with whatever counsel says about them. A material change is announced on the official X account and takes effect when it appears here.

If you keep using the site after a change, that is the agreement you are using it under.
